No. We copy your site to a staging address on NowHosted, you check it, and only then we switch DNS. We lower the DNS TTL in advance, so the switch spreads in minutes, and your old host keeps serving visitors until it does.

Your old host stays untouched until you cancel it. If anything looks wrong after the switch, we point DNS back while we fix it, then switch again. Nothing is deleted on either side.

No. You can download a full backup of any site at any time, cancel your plan at any time, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

A visit is one unique visitor to a site in a 24-hour window. Bots we recognize do not count. Limits are soft: there are no overage fees, and if you stay above your plan for several months, we suggest an upgrade.
